Accountable for my training

I've neglected my blog lately, and decided it was time to update. I am almost through with week 2 of training for the Baltimore Half-Marathon. I am still nervous about it, but more excited than anything. I cant wait to have this accomplishment added to my list.






I have also been working on a #plankchallenge, thanks to my #Twitter TIU Gals for helping me out with this. & Also a huge shout out to the Tone It Up Trainers for their continuous workouts, and motivating words. If you have not jumped on the TIU train get on it TODAY!!
