Over the weekend I was inspired by my TIU sisters to start training for a Half Marathon I knew I wanted to complete one, just was not sure when I was going to. No Time like Now, Right?! I have been following Hal Higdon Training program for the Half Marathon and can say I love having something to follow that is a simple guideline. There is a Half Marathon in Baltimore Sat, Oct 13 that I plan on participating in. Glad I started now!! Happy Trails
