Favorite Recipes

Recently I posted on Facebook that I would like to learn how to prepare Squash the Healthy way. Little did I know that when people replied there were SEVERAL different types of squash.  Luckily one of my favorite recipe websites Skinnytaste posted a recipe for Roasted Yellow Squash. Perfect huh?! 

 

Last night we gave the squash recipe a try...& it was Delish. Defiantly will be repeating this recipe. Thank-You Skinnytaste for the recipe, we enjoyed it  

 

 

Kennys Favorite Potatoes


You will Need:
Parmesan Cheese
5 Red Potatoes 
1/4 stick of butter
Tablespoon of minced garlic 
 
 Preheat over to 375. Start by chopping up red potatoes in quarter pieces. In a separate bowl melt the butter and then add the minced garlic to combine. 
 
Pour the butter/garlic over top the potatoes & stir until its distributed evenly over potatoes. 
 
 
Next, take the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over top the potatoes.  Cover potatoes with foil and cook in oven for about 30 mins. 
 They are Delicious! Enjoy
